GRILLED MARINATED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS

6 large Portobello mushrooms

3 cups olive pomace oil

1 cup balsamic vinegar

¼ bunch basil

¼ bunch thyme

¼ bunch oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Trim off the bottoms of the Portobello mushrooms by scraping the bottoms with a spoon to remove the “gills.”

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over Portobello mushrooms after laying the mushrooms on a sprayed cookie sheet.

Grill on hot side for 1 minute per side.

Move Portobello mushrooms to the carryover side and allow to cook an additional 2 minutes until tender.

Serve hot or cold.
